According to Newsmax, more and more Western foreigners are joining a new Christian militia called Dwekh Nawsha, which means self sacrifice in the ancient Aramaic language spoken by Christ and the early Christians that once populated the areas of northern Iraq and Syria.
“These are some of the only towns in Nineveh where church bells ring. In every other town the bells have gone silent, and that’s unacceptable,” said Brett.
