Fans of the hit TV show, “The Walking Dead,” which follows a group of survivors of a zombie apocalypse, know from watching the series that it takes place in Georgia, near the city of Atlanta. There are several episodes where survivors are walking along an interstate filled with thousands of abandoned vehicles.
Why is that relevant? Because abandoned vehicles in a survival situation are extremely valuable – indeed, much more so than the average person might think.
