One of the most notable of these is allicin, a compound which has been found to have significant anti-inflammatory benefits, aiding in the reduction of oxidative stress throughout the body. Garlic also contains B-vitamins, vitamin C, and the minerals calcium, copper, manganese, phosphorus and selenium.
