Are there Natural Cures for Ebola? Top Antiviral Candidates

Natural cures for ebola – do they exist?

As each day goes by we are hearing more and more shocking news coming from Africa about the how this disease spiraling out of control. The latest is that the Liberian Government has quarantined a slum called West Point in the capital Monrovia, where 75,000 are trapped inside. No one can come in or out, including doctors. On top of that, countries all over the world are beginning to get worried it may spread to their nation and are conducting tests on their citizens, from Germany to Canada to Serbia to India to Myanmar.

At this stage we don’t know whether this is a genuine pandemic that must be taken very seriously, or whether it is an elaborate psychological operation (psy-op) to scare people and make money off that fear (e.g. by the selling of ebola vaccines by Monsanto-funded Tekmira). Whatever it turns out to be, it would be wise to be prepared, so with that in mind, the following is a list of the world’s top anti-viral supplements and plants. I don’t know if they are natural cures for ebola (a viral disease), but they all have a proven track record of defeating viruses in general.

Natural Antiviral Supplement #1: Olive Leaf Extract

When it comes to possible natural cures for ebola, the incredibly strong antiviral olive leaf extract has to be close to the top of the list. Olive leaf has been used for thousands of years as a natural medicine against colds, flus and other viruses. Study after study after study affirms its antiviral properties.

Natural Antiviral Supplement #2: Colloidal Silver or Nano Silver

Health activist and vocal proponent of natural medicine, Dr. Rima Laibow, is arguing that declassified DoD documents show that colloidal silver or nano silver is indeed a natural cure for ebola – and has been known since 2009. However, the mainstream media has attacked her, and even alternative journalists like Jim Stone are denying that nano silver could be one of the natural cures for ebola, and is instead suggesting Vitamin C (see below). I don’t think we can definitely say either way yet until more tests are done, but there is impressive evidence that nano silver has strong anti-viral effects, as shown by numerous studies.

Natural Antiviral Supplement #3: Garlic

When it comes to possible natural cures for ebola, garlic has to be thought of as a very power weapon. Garlic has been revered for millenia for its ability to kill many kinds of viruses. This collection of peer reviewed scientific studies at PubMed.com attests to that.

Natural Antiviral Supplement #4: Vitamin C

Finally, I will end with another superb and powerful substance that needs to be considered among the potential natural cures for ebola: vitamin C. This vitamin is nothing short of miraculous in terms of the sheer value of health benefit it gives the human body. Vitamin C has been shown to prevent and heal a large array of diseases, including scurvy, polio, hepatitis, measles, mumps, tetanus, substance overdose, snakebite, carbon monoxide poisoning, heavy metal poisoning, pesticides, gum disease and infections from toxic dental materials. It even helps with cancer and radiation toxicity! Vitamin C is especially effective against viruses too – but be sure to get it from a raw food source (e.g. berries, citrus) or from raw dried capsules (e.g. from the Camu Camu berry).

Lastly, I would like to give an honorable mention to echinacea, elderberry, ginger, onion and lomatium, all of which possess remarkable antiviral properties and which I also suggest you keep in mind if you ever needed a natural cure for ebola. We don’t know if the outbreak is real or staged, or how far it will spread from Africa, but it’s best to be prepared.
