We therefore support the effort you are sponsoring along with Operation Overpass to impeach Barack Obama. We also recognize that Attorney General Eric Holder has been Obama's main line of defense against impeachment, that Joe Biden has compromised himself through his association with and defense of Obama and that the leadership of both parties in the House and the Senate, i.e. Senators Harry Reid and Mitch McConnell and Representatives John Boehner and Nancy Pelosi have been complicit in permitting the crimes committed by Obama. Therefore, we have no problem with your demand that these individuals voluntarily resign as well.
We understand that you are submitting a petition to both the House and Senate calling for Obama's impeachment and that you are calling for 10 million American patriots to come to Washington, D.C. on May 16 and for 1-2 million of them to stay there beyond that date until Obama is impeached and the above-named individuals resign.
We are convinced, however, that the basis for your mobilization requires a conceptual modification if the entire effort is to avoid the fate of the Bonus Army in 1932.
We are therefore writing this open letter to bring certain crucial considerations to your attention.
First, you write: "The Arab Spring, Ukrainian Spring, and other 'mass gatherings brought corrupt, lawless, arrogant power seekers to their knees, and Americans can do it also." This concept is entirely wrong and it would be a fatal mistake to think in these terms. Although the Arab Spring attracted many who had legitimate grievances against existing regimes, the fact is that the aspirations of such people were hijacked by the Muslim Brotherhood and al-Qaeda with the support of the Obama, who is just a stooge of the British Empire. Look at Libya! Obama allied with the Muslim Brotherhood and the al-Qaeda affiliated Libyan Islamic Fighting Group to overthrow Qaddafi. The same is true in Tunisia and in Egypt where the Muslim Brotherhood took over before itself being overthrown. In Syria, there never was an Arab Spring. There has just been a campaign backed by Obama, the British Empire, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Turkey to promote a Muslim Brotherhood/al-Qaeda takeover.
In fact, the vast majority of the violations of the U.S. Constitution, which you cite, occurred first under Cheney-Bush and now under Obama, after 9/11/2001, an operation run by the British Empire and its Saudi satrap. Aspects of this are documented in the 28 pages of the Congressional Joint Inquiry Committee report on Saudi involvement in 9/11, which were classified by Bush to protect the Saudis and which Obama has continued to withhold from the American people, despite his promise to the families of the victims of 9/11 that he would release them.

And while Obama allied us with al-Qaeda in the Arab world, he has allied us with and utilized known Neo-Nazis in Ukraine, many of whom fought with al-Qaeda jihadists against Russia in Chechnya. Secondly, it must be recognized that the greatest threat to our national sovereignty is not the United Nations or the Organization of American States. As anyone who is a true American patriot knows, the enemy of the United States of America and the greatest threat to our sovereignty is the British Empire. To the extent that the United Nations or the OAS is a problem, it is because it has become an instrument of the policies of the British Empire. Those policies include reducing the world population from over 7 billion to as low as 1 billion. Not to recognize that the enemy is the British Empire is a grave mistake. It is impossible to win a war and establish the peace afterwards, even if only in the political arena, if you dont know who the enemy is.
Thirdly, if the drive to impeach Obama and those defending his crimes is to succeed what is needed is a Constitutional conception of the solution to the economic devastation the U.S. and the rest of the world has sustained.
Do not forget that after 9/11 which was used to eliminate our liberties in the name of security, the world suffered a financial collapse from which we have never recovered. Moreover, since the assassination of John F. Kennedy, our commitment to science and high-technology has been replaced by an anti-human, anti-scientific, anti-Constitutional Green policy. Now we are faced with an historic drought affecting our very capacity to produce food for our people, we have dismantled NASA as the point that we are threatened by asteroids and comets, we have not only not built a new nuclear fission plant in decades, but the development of fusion energy has been sabotaged. In the meantime our industrial capacity has been decimated in the name of British outsourcing and free trade policies. We have become a casino economy.
What is the solution? First we must reinstate Glass Steagall, the legislation which was rescinded in 1998 and led directly to the financial collapse of 2007/2008. This will wipe out the power of Wall Street, which as an extension of the British Empires City of London, has steered our economy away from production into pure speculation. It will also eliminate Wall Streets capacity to buy and control our politicians.
Second, instead of bailouts and bail-ins, the latter as in Cyprus and Detroit, we need to create a National Bank to extend non-inflationary credit to real production. As Alexander Hamilton wrote in On the Constitutionality of the National Bank as a sovereign, the United States of America has the power based on the preamble of the Constitution to set up a National Bank to promote the General Welfare (the implied powers of the Constitution). Hamilton convinced President George Washington, and if George Washington supported a National Bank, what patriot has a right to side with the British free traders in opposing it.
Third, we must then reject the entire Green policy as unconstitutional. Green policies, including fracking, biofuels, solar power, wind power, etc. are killing people as surely as rationing under Obamacare. What we need instead is to commit the nation to great projects, specifically the North American Water and Power Alliance to bring water which otherwise runs into the Pacific down from Alaska through Canada to the lower 48 states and Mexico. This is urgently needed! In addition, we need a crash program to develop fusion power based on helium 3 which can be mined on the moon, to which we must return.
This is the positive Constitutional program needed to replace the economic policies which those of both major parties have been duped into supporting to our detriment and to the detriment of our posterity.
Fourth, while certain rights and responsibilities are assigned to the states in our Constitution, if we fall back on states rights as a defense against tyranny on a national level, we are ignoring the lessons of how the Articles of Confederation failed. We are indeed one nation under God. It is our national sovereignty which is being lost as is the national sovereignty of every nation of Europe under the European Union. Therefore, we cannot afford to merely defend individual and states rights and fail to defend the enumerated and implied Constitutional powers of the nation as a whole.
