According to Paul Begley in this video, Russia has sunk a ship off of the coast of Ukraine. Strangely enough though, this ship that Russia has sunk was one of their own and they sunk it to create a barricade of sorts to prevent the Ukrainian Navy from leaving their base and going out to sea.
