The two videos below are mind blowing and show, beyond the shadow of a doubt, an attempt by sinister forces within our own government in America to KILL US ALL (and 'control' the rest) by controlling our weather. The first video shows a Senate hearing where Senator Herbert Kohl, Democrat from Wisconsin, emphatically states:
"The American government has created weather tampering techniques so that the 'New World Order' will be able to starve millions of Americans, and to control the rest."
