A warning of an impending US extreme cold event on Obama's watch was given in a series of videos that began an entire year ago. The warnings largely fell on deaf ears.
According to CNN, a record winter covering half the US is here. Below zero temperatures, colder than Anchorage Alaska, have penetrated deep into the East, Midwest and South. Many are unprepared this winter, failing to heed the warnings.
