Sardine Extinction Now Includes The Entire Pacific Coast!: Eggs Not Surviving

"They're All Gone" is the title of this EnergyNews story:

As the politicians conveniently ignore the evidence regarding the effects of Fukushima, fish extinctions continue unabated. Political distractions ensue and the echoes of the nonbeleivers keep the public asleep: "If it were such an emergency, it would be on the mainstream news."

Must we wait for cancer rates to increase or for people to drop dead in the streets? Why hasn't a state of emergency been declared for the West Coast? After all, isn't it the job of government agencies, that we pay a large part of our taxes to fund, to identify these problems and take measures to warn the public?

The sardine population has completely disappeared from the fisherman's nets along the entire Pacific Coast. The NOAA even delayed the fishing season in an attempt to allow the species to recover, yet NO NATIONAL MEDIA COVERAGE. Almost all of the mid and top-level species in the food chain rely on the sardines to survive: Dolphins, seals, sharks, pelicans, birds, etc. With them gone, it is a matter of time before they are affected.

US West Coast radiation geiger readings have now gone viral, displaying levels 10 times the normal limits. Curiously, no geiger readings before 2011 can be found on the internet. A dated Google search for this time period reveals little or nothing to compare to the readings we are getting now, though 30 CPMs seems to be the acceptable limit.

Sardines and algea are the proverbial canary in the coal mine. Those who attempt to ignore the problem can no longer hide from the tangible disappearance of the once plentiful sardine. And, with them gone, it's not looking good for the Pacific Ocean.
