The world economy is collapsing and there is nothing the Government officials can do about it. The only escape for the Central bankers/US government is to start a war so the blame is shifted from them. The propaganda against North Korea is in full swing while Russia makes a deal to create a railway system and a gas pipeline system which will bypass the dollar.
