Why would police officers SO RECKLESSLY put the lives of SO MANY children at risk over a speeding stop? Why would these children's mother also SO RECKLESSLY put HER OWN CHILDREN's lives at risk by her own behavior? This video is now being featured at Infowars and going viral across the nation.
