Chase bank recently sent a letter to all its Business account holders stating that, as of Nov. 17, 2013 they would no longer be able to send international wire transfers and that their cash activity would be limited both in deposits and withdrawals of only $50,000 per statement cycle.
Concerned about a soon-coming bank run, I ran to my local bank to withdraw my cash, ask about the Chase letter and, while I was at it threw some questions in there about the $100 bill and about fractional reserve banking.
