Much of FEMA Region 3 is now under a tornado watch, experiencing severe weather as storms approach. Coincidentally, or not, a FEMA Region 3 radar anomaly was just reported in this newly released video from Scott Anthony. Is the govt once again manipulating the weather and if so, for what reason this time? Is much of the Washington DC area now under 'weather attack'?
