10 Cool Paracord Projects for the Survivalist

You already know that the paracord is an essential item to include in your preps. It has a lot of survival uses and it can potentially save you in a life and death situation.


But did you know that there are also dozens of DIY projects you can do with paracord? It is a good material to use because it is both very durable and flexible.


These 10 projects which I’m sharing here make it easier to incorporate paracord in your preps. You are already familiar with survival bracelets which are made from a length of paracord that can be unraveled when needed. The following projects will teach you how to create usable items out of paracord such as pouches, belts, slings and water bottle holders. Like the survival bracelet, these can be unraveled whenever you need the paracord to tie your gear together, fix broken laces, secure your shelter, make traps, etc.


1. Let’s Start With The Survival Bracelet

You can buy survival bracelets for cheap but it’s best to make your own because you can customize it and make it just the right length for your wrist.
