(N.Morgan) The below video presents some disturbing evidence to a possible bio terror attack in Region 3. The video shows a conversation where one of the participants claims that there may have been a leak of this bio attack. Heads up FEMA Region 3! I would add, where I live, there has been a big marathon taking place ALL weekend here! Lot of people from all over the country in one place..
If anyone can confirm this in more detail please contact me. I myself live in region 3 and would like to know what the Hell is going on!
