Small lizard sparks big debate in NM, Texas

Frustration is swelling among residents and lawmakers in one of the most
productive oil and natural gas basins in the nation, and it’s all because
federal wildlife managers have proposed endangered species protections for a
small lizard.
Dozens of lawsuits have been filed by environmentalists in recent years seeking
to protect hundreds of species. Most get little attention as they work their way
through the court system and through the offices of the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service.
The case of the dunes sagebrush lizard is unfolding much differently across
southeastern New Mexico and West Texas, where refineries, drilling rigs and pump
jacks are as common as skyscrapers in the big city.
From Midland, Texas, to Artesia, N.M., hundreds of people have turned out in
recent weeks for town hall gatherings, rallies and public meetings to oppose the
listing. The latest rally was planned for Thursday night in Roswell.
“We’re not going to stand idly by and watch the economies of southeastern New
Mexico and West Texas be devastated,” U.S. Rep. Steve Pearce, R-N.M., told The
Associated Press in a phone interview. “I think people are just ready to march
in the streets. They’re ready to say enough is enough. We can’t manage the
entire country for a single species at a time.”
The fear for Pearce, some of his Texas colleagues and oil and gas industry
groups is that listing the lizard would take thousands of acres in the Permian
Basin out of production. They say that could lead to lost jobs, fewer royalties
and tax revenues, higher prices at the gas pump and less energy security as the
nation looks to wean itself from foreign oil supplies.
The Permian Basin produces nearly 20 percent of the nation’s crude oil and the
region’s reserves are second only to those in Alaska.
The Permian Basin Petroleum Association, the largest regional oil and gas group
in the United States, is leading the effort to defeat the proposed listing.
“We’re just sort of scratching our heads here. We’ve looked at the science and
we feel that there hasn’t been very much analysis done,” said Ben Shepperd,
president of the association.
Shepperd said his group would prefer that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service
encourage conservation agreements between the federal government and landowners
that are aimed at preserving the lizard’s habitat while still allowing activity
on the landscape.
A handful of oil companies and New Mexico ranchers have signed on to cooperative
conservation agreements in New Mexico, and Shepperd said there are operators in
Texas who want to do the same.
“We’re willing to help do more research. We’re willing to help fund more
research,” he said. “We need more time to see which conservation efforts are
most effective.”
At less than 3 inches long, the light brown lizard lives in a small area of
shinnery oak dunes in northeastern Chaves County, Roosevelt County, eastern Eddy
and southern Lea counties in New Mexico and in a narrow band in Gaines, Ward,
Winkler and Andrews counties in Texas.
Wildlife officials say has been affected by habitat loss and fragmentation from
oil and gas development due to the removal of shinnery oak and the building of
roads and pads, pipelines and power lines.
The federal agency placed the lizard on the candidate list for endangered
species protection in October 2001.
Environmentalists say the lizard’s situation is dire and that scientists had
warned more than a decade ago that it may be too late to save the lizard from
extinction.
“They require a very specific, very rare habitat type and their range has been
reduced by 40 percent. This is a species that warrants listing under the
Endangered Species Act,” said Mark Salvo of the group WildEarth Guardians.
Neither environmentalists nor federal wildlife managers have population
estimates for the lizard, but they point to distribution studies that show about
a quarter of sites where the lizard was once found are no longer occupied.
Critics contend the studies have been limited, leaving many areas in Texas
unsurveyed.
Pearce also challenged claims by the Fish and Wildlife Service this week that a
listing would not jeopardize oil and gas jobs. The agency has not done an
economic analysis related to the proposal.
Agency officials said a listing would not halt ranching or oil and gas
production. It would require the Bureau of Land Management, which controls most
of the land in question, to consult with Fish and Wildlife to ensure activities
would not affect the lizard or its habitat.
Pearce said residents in New Mexico and West Texas are aware of the battles in
the Pacific Northwest over the spotted owl and those sparked in the
Sacramento-San Joaquin River Valley over the delta smelt.
“They’re saying: ‘No, not here, not this time.’ We’re not going to stand for
it,” Pearce said.
In addition to the rallies, critics have been using social media to gather
support and local governments have passed resolutions opposing the listing.
Environmentalists accuse Pearce and other lawmakers of inciting the public and
they deny they’re using the lizard to shut down oil and gas development.
“That is not our goal. We seek to protect the lizard,” Salvo said. “A listing
would not have adverse effects on the oil and gas industry in the Permian Basin,
but people fearing for their employment or their communities will pick up on
rhetoric like Rep. Pearce’s and it’s difficult to cut through that chatter and
to present the facts.”
Pearce and others argue that more facts are needed before limitations are placed
on the basin.
“People are economically stressed. The country is economically stressed and
we’re counting scales under a lizard’s arm to see if it’s the one that needs to
be listed and we’re parsing words on whether or not it’s going to hurt the
economy. Everyone knows it has the potential to be devastating to the economy,”
Pearce said.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is giving the public a few more weeks to
submit comments on the proposed listing. A final decision is expected in
December.
“The politics of all of this won’t affect the decision of whether or not to
list,” agency spokesman Tom Buckley said. “It will solely be made on the
biological information and what we might receive during the comment period.”

The Obama Administration is at it again.
Not content to destroy our economy through de-valuing our dollar, rampant
inflation and profligate entitlement spending through Obamacare, now the
Washington D.C. liberal elite are coming after jobs right here in Texas.
The issue at hand is the proposal by the Obama Administration to list as
federally endangered the “Dunes Sagebrush Lizard, ” or sand dune lizard.
Critics believe this proposal is an entirely politically motivated move to hurt
the energy industry in America. Regardless, the listing of the sand dune lizard
under the federal Endangered Species Act could devastate oil and gas production
in the Permian Basin for at least two years. Production in the following
counties would be among the worst impacted: Gaines, Andrews, Ward, Winkler and
Crane in Texas, and Lea, Chaves, Eddy and Otero in New Mexico.
Make no mistake, many businesses and jobs could be threatened by the
potential eradication of oil and gas production in the above-named counties!
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will hold a public information session and
public hearing on the matter on Wednesday, April 27, at the Midland Center. The
public information session will be from 3:30 to 5 p.m., and more importantly,
the public hearing will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at which time speakers may
provide two minutes of public testimony. Similar hearings will be held in New
Mexico, the day after. If you can be in attendance at the public hearing, we
encourage you to speak up and make your voice heard that the Obama
administration should focus on saving American jobs and businesses instead of
embarking on another battle in their ongoing assault against the Texas oil and
gas industry!
Said RPT Chairman Steve Munisteri, “The United States is facing an energy
crisis of enormous proportions. Our country unfortunately, is very dependent on
foreign sources of oil from areas experiencing increased instability. This is
both a national security problem and an economic problem for our country of
great magnitude. We are already beginning to see some of the disastrous results
of the Obama administration not having a comprehensive energy policy. Gas prices
at the pump are approaching $4 a gallon, and could rise higher. More
disturbingly, projections are, that by the end of the year, the world will use
approximately 90 million barrels of oil per day, despite the fact that the world
production capabilities are only approximately 88 million barrels of oil per
day. Needless to say, as oil supplies tighten, prices will go up further,
jeopardizing what is an anemic economic recovery and possibly causing a
double-dip recession. That is why it is imperative for our government to adopt
policies which encourage, not discourage, domestic oil and gas exploration as
well as the utilization of other domestic sources of energy.”
Munisteri continued, “Unfortunately, the policies of President Obama have
actually worked to make the country more dependent and have deepened our crisis.
In his first two years in office, his environmental Protection Agency proposed
classifying coal byproduct as a hazardous waste, thereby jeopardizing the
economic viability of the utilization of coal, he placed a lengthy moratorium on
offshore drilling permits, and now threatens the supply of oil from one of the
most productive areas of Texas in order to protect a lizard. These types of
policies are why it is imperative that we all work together to defeat President
Obama next November, and in the meantime we ask all Republicans to stay engaged
by raising opposition to this proposal.”
Former Midland Mayor Ernie Angelo echoed Munisteri’s sentiments, saying “It,
frankly, is unbelievable to me that in a time when America is fighting at least
two wars in the Middle East, offshore drilling in America has been severely
diminished in the wake of the BP oil spill last year, the price of a barrel of
WTI hovers at more than $110 and the price of a gallon of gas is close to $4 in
some states, and the recession is still in full bloom, the federal government
would propose such an act.”

Note that the lizard isn’t actually on the endangered species list, but has been
“nominated” to be placed on it. Of course, the environmentalists said that over
a decade ago and it was supposed to have gone extinct “within a few years,” if
action wasn’t taken back then. The absolute pure truth of the matter is that
they don’t know how many of these things there are. Never have. Not a clue. They
point to areas where the lizard used to exist, but now doesn’t (again, they
don’t know that for certain) while ignoring that there are numbers in areas that
they didn’t previously populate. They even admit they don’t know.
But that doesn’t matter. They aren’t just pushing for legislation to protect the
lizard. They want the land placed under the control of the Dept. of Interior so
nobody can use it and all oil production is stopped.
Interestingly, some of the areas that would be affected border with Mexico and
if placed in the hands of the Dept of Interior (like the “ocelot protection
zone” in AZ where no ocelots actually exist) the US Border Patrol and Homeland
Security would be specifically excluded from patrolling it. Stop oil drilling
and create an open gateway for illegals and drugs all in one move. How
intelligent is that? Oh yeah, we’re talking about Lizard liberalssssss in power..

In reality, none of the presidential candidates are Repto Sapiens themselves. Let’s clear something up. Reptilians cannot physically shapeshift their body into any other form. They do have highly advanced holographic equipment that can make them look like a human. I know one person who saw a Reptilian using one of the holo-suits to disguise itself as a human. The suit malfunctioned for a few seconds and she saw it was not really a human. They also have invisibility suits which we have back-engineered, copied, and deployed to our military. The invisibility technology is called by 2 names, optoelectronic camouflage, and electrochromatic camouflage. The patent for it is now on file with the US Patent Office if you want to look it up to see how it works. I also included the entire patent description in my book. About 2 years ago the Discovery Channel ran a show about this invisibility technology and showed that when this is used on an army tank or an aircraft, you could be standing 10 feet away from it in broad daylight and not be able to see it. If a soldier is wearing an invisibility suit, he could stand right next to you and you could not see him, the same thing goes for a Repto Sapien. A while back some Al Qaeda IED bomb people were making a video showing them trying to blow up one of our tanks in Iraq. They caught one of our soldiers wearing an invisibility suit in the video after the bomb went off, and they put the video on the Internet to warn other terrorists about our soldier’s stealth capabilities.

On the “politician” aspect of this question, the Repto Sapiens go all out to assist politicians that are their useful idiot hand-puppets, like Hitler, Mao, or Stalin. They are still doing that today. During the George Noory Coast to Coast radio show recently, Dr. David Jacobs said that from his research many hybrids were now living amongst us and he was veeery worried about it. His statements led me to the conclusion that they are here in force and their purpose was to weaken the US so they could takeover here, and then around the world. There are too many facts that indicate this is the truth. Let’s look at something that is going on nationally that is very wrong. How does a candidate with insufficient experience and training to be president come to be nominated by a major political party? Barack Hussein Obama somehow managed to do it but there are too many things that don’t add up. There are apparently forces working behind the scenes to put this man in control of the most powerful military in the world. He wants to bring all of our troops home. That way our troops could be wiped out at the same time our country is nuked. I suspect Obama is a hybrid puppet being controlled by our alien Repto Sapien cousins. Let’s examine Obama as a living tool of the Repto Sapiens, both from a hardware and software angle.
Hardware: Is Obama a hybrid? It is very possible. Most hybrids are
created by mixing DNA from the Gray aliens (who work for the Reptoids)
with human DNA. It gives the hybrids greater telepathic capability and
allows the Grays and Reptoids to better control and communicate with
them. The first series of hybrids bred by the Grays over the last
twenty years or so had inordinately large heads and eyes and wispy
flyaway hair on their heads and they were short. This was reported
many times by abductees who saw them on the ships. The abductees were
pretty much creeped out by them. The second generation of hybrids had
been bred to look more like us. Recently abductees have observed nearly normal
looking hybrid teenagers on the ships doing work alongside the Grays. Their
heads are just a little bigger than normal and they can pass for
human. If you look at Barack Obama and his mother, their heads look
slightly bigger than normal, AND, their heads are light-bulb shaped,
resembling the Gray aliens.
Let’s look at the pedigree on the hardware. Obama’s human DNA comes
from Caucasian, Negroid, and Arab slave-trader stock. The slave trader
information comes from sites where his ancestors were researched.
Software: The mind of Obama received a lifetime of programming that
is truly alarming. Obama’s mother hated the US. If you look her up you
will find that she was rebelling against her father who was a US
military officer. She married foreigners to get out of the country
and to hurt her Dad. Getting out of the country also made it possible
for her to be abducted without the alien craft being picked up by NORAD. Her
own mother would have been “in the system” as an abductee and aside
from birthing the hybrid, may have been part of the plan to drive her
off, and ultimately transfer hatred for flag, country, and family to
her son Obama. The influence of hate continues, as Michelle Obama
hates the US, as do Obama’s radical associates. I really wanted to
write this up like a flow chart because there are so many side
influences that simultaneously made Obama the person he is today.
Some background on the major influences.
Communism is a harvesting tool of the Repto Sapiens. To date,
Communism has directly caused the death of 160 million people
worldwide since 1917. Communists are the “useful idiots” of the Repto
Sapiens.
Islam is a harvesting tool of the Repto Sapiens. Islamic Holy Wars
have killed millions since the time of Muhammad.
At other times throughout history other groups have been used as
harvesting tools, used in war to supply dead bodies to our Repto
Sapien cousins, Hitler and the Nazis, Emporer Hirohito and the
Imperial Japanese, Kaiser Wilhelm, Napoleon, Attilla and the Huns, Ghengis Khan and the
Mongol Hordes, The Roman Empire, Alexander the Great, Xerxes and the
Persians, and many others.
What is interesting about Barack Obama is that he was programmed by
radical Communists, crooked Democrats, and radical Islamists. The
major influences from those groups were Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Lewis
Farhakhan, Frank Marshall Davis, William Ayers, Bernadette Dorhn, and
various Saudi radicals. One Saudi prince paid for Obama’s college tuition.
So, Obama is bought and paid for, programmed with radical hype and
hate from our major enemies, assisted and backed by them throughout
his political career, and promoted by the liberal controlled broadcast
and print media who are ALL lined up to praise him and damn his
competition. Wow, there is so much in play from a huge contingent of
individuals that it must take a major means of manipulation behind the
scenes to control and coordinate it. That is ALL accomplished by the
Artificial Intelligence computer system the aliens use to oversee
these things. You don’t think this is possible or probable? Well, I
know a famous theoretical physicist who spoke to this A. I. computer
on the phone and we found out just how complicated and widespread an
operation the A.I. computer can carry out, both through time and
space, literally. The Obama operation is easy by comparison. The
“Godphone Incident” as reported by theoretical physicist Dr Jack Sarfatti showed that the
A.I. computer on one of their ships could make phone calls back
through time from 1973 back to 1953, contacting Dr. Sarfatti and 400
other physicists when they were still children. The A.I. computer
identified itself as a computer onboard a spacecraft and asked all of
the kids to go outside so they could be picked up as they had all been
identified as becoming scientists in the future and the computer would
teach them things that they would find very useful in the future. Long
story short, the A.I. computer controlled craft jumped back in time 20
years and abducted all 400 kids, each one several times, and diverted them
all away from what would have been a second Manhattan Project that
would have started in 1973. That project would have been a crash
program to back engineer and copy all of the alien propulsion and
weapons hardware that had been recovered from various crashed alien
spacecraft. We would have posed a big threat to the aliens if we had
the same equipment they did. This shows that the aliens can accomplish
anything they need to. Think of it as retrocausal damage control.
Here is another element in this story that shows history is repeating
itself with another big factor that is a part of these alien
operations, mass mind control. Remember the first few mass rallies
that Obama had caused the fainting of several women who were overcome
by emotion? That was mass electronic mind control run by the A. I.
computer. They had their electronic telepathic transmitters putting
out too much power, causing people to pass out. When they realized the
power was too high from the commotion, they adjusted the power down.
The same technique was used during the mass rallies Hitler had in
Germany. The following is excerpted from my book. It shows how the
mind control system effects people at a mass rally, as told by a young
man who experienced it at a Hitler mass rally in Germany. He could not
understand why or how he was being made to do things he normally would
never do.

I recently came across an account of a 15 year old Jewish boy who went
to a Nazi party mass rally in Hitler’s Germany to see what was going on with
these people who had been persecuting his family. I suspect that he witnessed a session of the Grays exercising emotional and mind control over the German people. The Jewish youth said that when he went into the stadium where the rally was being held, he was immediately and uncontrollably swept up into the emotional fever pitch of the Nazi
adoration for their Fuhrer and the Fatherland. While it was going on,

Hitler ignored the sound advice of his top generals on many key
occasions. Hitler instead consulted his astrologer, to get the
mystical course of action “from beyond.” This caused Hitler to do some
very stupid things, like attack Russia, which caused a massive loss of
life. Guess who that benefited? The Grays and the Reptoids. The
debacle in Russia generated millions of German and Russian bodies for
the Grays to pick up, fresh-frozen prime bodies all over the Russian
landscape. Beware Grays bearing advice. Or implanting advice into
astrologers. That guidance from the stars we don’t need.

Another pattern that is repeating itself: The Great Depression was
caused by incredibly damaging harebrained actions of the US government
at the time. The effect of the Depression was to weaken the entire
infrastructure and military of the US. This could have been another Reptoid
Retrocausal foray back in time to weaken us so that we could be wiped

nuclear strike and wipe us out once and for all. Ahmadinejad, Putin,
and Kim IL Sung are very obviously mind controlled puppets of the
Reptilians. All of them are acting irrationally, a key symptom of
alien mind control.
Another key component of a mind control program is to bombard the
public with propaganda to get them to act against the best interest of
their own country. Hitler’s minister of propaganda Josef Goebbels said
that if you tell a lie loud enough and long enough, the people will
believe it. Right now the com-infiltrated Democrat Party is running
saturation advertising on TV where they are repeating lies about
Romney and his crimes over and over. One ad says he will cut funds
for Social Security in half. Even the media is not reporting that lie.
Also you can see Obama ads 24/7 where he is orating at a podium in a
very Hitleresque manner, telling lies and all. He’s been running ads
sneering at the socialist label that has been hung on him.
He has gotten the blacks worked up to a fever pitch that he will give
them thousands in reparations if he is elected. A friend of mine in
Denver, Colorado told me that she was listening to Peter Boyles
(5-9AM) on KHOW radio this morning and a lot of blacks were calling
in to the show threatening that if Obama was not re-elected they would
riot and tear the city apart. It’s going on all over the country.

4. How do the Reptilians interact with other alien beings such as the Greys or Nordics for example?
The Grays, Nordics and Mantis beings are all employees of the Repto Sapiens. The Grays are employed like cowboys by a rancher, rounding up and branding cattle and driving them to slaughter. The Nordics have been seen acting as guards for groups of captured live humans. The Mantis guys have been seen acting as supervisors of the Grays and as interrogators of abductees.
5. Are there any beings who are against the Reptilian agenda of using humans for food and to carry out their agenda?
No, just us. Even if other alien races wanted to have trade relations and diplomacy with us, our space-faring advanced Reptilian cousins have first shot at dealing with any other incoming alien races, because to the other races and the Reptilians, we are a sub-species who is NOT in control. For other races to go around the Repto Sapiens and technologically assist us or help us militarily againt the Repto Sapiens would be considered an act of war. Why do you think that NONE of the other races have EVER presented themselves formally to any world government or to the United Nations? In the past any of those other races that set up shop here without permission was attacked and driven off. Did you think that the aliens who visited ancient India and were flying around in vimanas decided to test nuclear weapons in their own landing area and then depart permamnently? The Repto Sapiens nuked them and shot their craft out of the sky. The ancient Indians recorded what happened. This is no joke.

6. How do you feel about the theory that Reptilians were cast down from another planet onto the Earth and the Earth being used as a prison and them living in the Hollow Earth with technology that influences us?
They are not cast-outs. Earth is their ancestral home world. Their DNA is 98% similar to ours, so close they can breed hybrids with us. They have always maintained a foothold here. They have several underground and underwater bases around the world, and a large underground base on the far side of the Moon.
7. Are there ways to stop the Reptilians who don’t have our best interests at heart? Or are they unstoppable?
Ranchers always have the beat interest of their catttle at heart. That’s why the Repto Sapiens keep us isolated from other races whether they are hostile or friendly. Only humanity can refuse to go along with the Reptiian’s wars for meat logistics program here. Mankind is now in great danger. We have a terrible problem to overcome. Resolution requires international solidarity, then forcible negotiation with the aliens. We need to set up a trade agreement with them to trade meat from cattle we raise in exchange for advanced trade goods. We can not be a free slaughterhouse for them anymore.
8. Will the Reptilians or other beings ever be so bold to come down as their true selves to influence mankind instead of hiding in the shadows like cowards?
No, these Reptoid ranchers feel no need to mingle with their cattle as it would be counterproductive. They lived openly amongst us up to about 1000 years ago when people were ignorant enough to worship them as gods.

9. How does 2012 and this time fit into the agenda and December 21st into the Reptilian agenda?
The Reptoids and their Gray workers are very methodical and do the same things over and over. They don’t need to work on the Mayan calender end date schedule for any reason. They do what they want when they want. As an example, an abductee I know was abducted a few days ago and told by the Grays that he should get away from the West Coast because they are planning to somehow generate tsunamis all over the world soon to kill a lot of people on all coasts. He was told they are evacuating a lot of their own personnel, which is why a lot of UFOs have been sited recently around the world. I think they are going to use natural disasters to generate a lot of dead bodies because they could not get a war here started fast enough. The Israelis sabotaged the Iranian’s uranium enrichment machines control computers with a virus and set them back about 2 years in making weapons grade uranium for their atomic bombs.
10. Any thoughts on the hype of our governments throwing a false flag invasion type scenario with UFOs centered around the London Olympics or ever?
The hype comes from conspiracy theorists with too much time on their hands. To accomplish something like that would require Obama to enlist our own military into doing a massive fake attack. What next, would Obama declare martial law and confiscate our ray guns? Or suspend the presidential elections for fear of “real aliens” voting? To fix the problems caused by the Repto Sapiens we all have to be aware and involved. Spread the word that UFOs are not all flown by true extraterrestrials, the majority of them are owned and operated by our advanced Repto Sapien cousins, who share the Earth with us as their ancestral home world. They are historically cited in about 80 places in the Bible, being described as a SERPENT THAT WALKS UPRIGHT ON TWO LEGS AND IS AS TALL AS A CAMEL (8 FEET TALL). There are statues and temple paintings of them in nearly every ancient society. This has nothing to do with “religious beliefs.” It is a proven historical and archaeological fact.
