By Susan Duclos According to the video below, the FBI is stepping in after Cleveland, Ohio authorities discovered three dead bodies wrapped in plastic, indicating a serial killer's work. East Cleveland Police say that the cases are related and all three bodies were wrapped in garbage bags and are black females. One of the women had on a leotard top. The other woman had on a green sweatshirt/jacket and a green and pink orchid tattoo on her thigh.
