Iran's New President Hassan Rohani Will Talk “if on Equal Footing... Not the Language of Sanctions but Respect” but Will He Get Anything Like That?

After what's been going down the Middle East until now, it's a toss-up whether Rohani trusts the West at all and is just negotiating for time and maybe a better bargaining position. He has to be fully aware that the “US has imposed several rounds of illegal sanctions on his country, which Washington cliams to be aimed at pressuring Tehran to "abandon its nuclear energy program", accordng to White House spokesman, Jay Carneym but which they have every right to pursue... “The bill, which must be approved by the Senate and signed by President Barack Obama to become law, seeks to cut Iran's oil exports by one million barrels per day over a year which may seriously affect India as Iran supplies India with over half of its oil requirements and accepts Rupees instead of the “mandatory” US Dollar. Sanctions are illegal.
