Young pan fried rabbit is so delicious. I like to fry them and then put the pieces of rabbit back into gravy and serve it with homemade mashed potatoes and biscuits. You can easily raise your own rabbits for food and they really are delicious. I started raising my rabbits in cages like the one in the photo so I can move the rabbits around and this way you get a free range delicious rabbit.
