What is wrong with this story? 5-year old Austin Haley was shot in the back of the head by police officer Paul Bradley Rogers, the bullet killed Austin. Now, after being found GUILTY of a violent felony crime, 2nd degree manslaughter, Rogers is not only a free man but is now able to become a police officer again. Why is it that when a cop kills someone innocent like Austin, he not only avoids prison but gets to KEEP his job?
